1. Entry Rules

1.1 One (1) entry per person. Entrants may NOT submit their name, tag, or entry under two (2) different accounts, aliases, or names in an attempt to increase their chances of winning.

1.2 Any entrant found to have submitted or associated themselves with more than one (1) name/entry will be immediately and permanently DISQUALIFIED from this giveaway and any future giveaways run by the organiser, without notice or right of appeal.

1.3 The organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to determine, at their own discretion, whether an entrant has breached Clause 1.1 or 1.2.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is open to individuals who complete the stated task (survey/action) and are verified as the first legitimate entrant to do so, as determined solely by the organiser.

2.2 Entrants must comply with all applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and their relevant State or Territory.

2.3 This is a game of skill/speed (first correct completion), not a game of chance. No lottery or trade promotion permit is claimed to be held, as none is required for this style of promotion under Australian regulations governing skill-based competitions.

3. The Prize

3.1 The prize is a single $5 AUD Coles eGift Card ("the Prize"), provided at the organiser's own cost and discretion.

3.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

3.3 The organiser is under no obligation to provide a replacement prize of any kind if the Prize is lost, unclaimed, or unable to be redeemed for any reason once issued.

4. Regional Availability of the eGift Card

4.1 The $5 eGift Card is intended for use within the Australian region and is designed for Australian retailers/redemption systems.

4.2 If the winning entrant resides outside of Australia, the eGift card MAY NOT function, activate, or be redeemable in their region.

4.3 Notwithstanding Clause 4.2, the organiser may still choose, at their sole discretion, to send the eGift Card regardless of the entrant's region.

4.4 The organiser accepts NO responsibility and provides NO guarantee, refund, replacement, or compensation in the event that the eGift Card: fails to activate or redeem in the recipient's region; is rejected, blocked, or restricted by the retailer; or otherwise cannot be used for any reason related to regional availability.

4.5 By entering, you acknowledge and accept this risk entirely, and agree not to pursue any claim, dispute, complaint or chargeback against the organiser relating to regional redemption issues.

5. Verification & Disqualification

5.1 The organiser reserves the right to request reasonable proof of entry completion before issuing the Prize.

5.2 The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, at any time, for suspected fraud, duplicate entries, abuse, or any other conduct deemed unfair or in breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this giveaway or use (or inability to use) the Prize.

6.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

7.1 Any personal information collected as part of this promotion (e.g. name, screenshot proof, social media handle) will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Organiser's Discretion

8.1 The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

8.2 The organiser's decision on all matters relating to this giveaway is final, and no correspondence or dispute will be entered into.
